Donald Rumsfeld
Was Donald Rumsfeld born in 1932? Yes. Did he serve as Secretary of Defense under two presidents, Gerald Ford and George W. Bush? Sure. Is he both the youngest and oldest person ever to hold that office? Absolutely.

Was Donald Rumsfeld a principal architect of the Iraq War? Yes he was. Did he declare at the outset that the war would take "six days, six weeks...I doubt six months?" Sure. Did he respond to charges that the military was untrained and unprepared by saying, "You go to war with the army you have?" Yes. Did he promote a war doctrine more reliant on airstrikes than boots on the ground? Certainly. Is he considered largely responsible for myriad Iraq blunders? Of course! Did Bush announce Rumsfeld's resignation on November 8, 2006, one day after the primary elections? Definitely. Did many Republicans feel that if Bush had done this earlier, it would have helped their party keep more seats in Congress? Yes, sir! Should this man be tried for war crimes? I believe so.
